Quality Inn Hotel, Covington, VA

Liked: We requested a certain room number during our booking and were told it was booked. When we got there, that information wasn't in the system, but the very nice Gentleman was able to get that fixed very quickly and escorted us to our room, and even offered to help us bring our stuff inside. We needed the handicap parking, so we were able to park in that spot every night except one, and the manager let us still park close by, so he was very accommodating.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. I have four family members who live there in Covington, VA, so I visit there pretty often. When I bring additional family with me on my visits, I stay at this Quality Inn.

I enjoyed the room and...

Liked: The breakfast was good, King bed was super comfortable, room and bathroom was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing was bad

It was a nice stay...

Liked: How convenient the location was for the stay, it felt safe, it was comfortable, peaceful, and quiet
Disliked: The only problem I had was that the sockets that were in the lamps only worked if the lights were turned on so unfortunately I had to plug my phone in the wall across the room.

Liked: Good location for our road trip, the man on reception was incredibly helpful and pointed us to a number of sites on our next day of our road trip

Liked: I accidentally booked wrong location.I requested some kind of response.I got nothing..that was a total waste of my hard earned money..

Liked: Staff was friendly, accommodating and bedding was very comfortable.
Disliked: Issue with the electrical plugs, tub was clogged but maintenance came quickly to repair.
