Disliked: I asked for more towels and no one brought them after the man said they would , there were roaches in the bathroom at night and near the coffee pot . I smelled cigarette smoke coming in from the bathroom along with talking . The fighting outside our suite was upsetting

Disliked: When we got there , I checked in & the room was Filthy . Ice bucket had garbage in it from the previous people themT stayed . Nobody wiped down the top of the furniture

Liked: The way the fort pierce police officer treated me like a human being after the front desk general manager called me out of my name ,refused to refund the 120 that was paid as down payment for 2 night 200 stay .
Disliked: I was robbed for my money . I was promised a 3 night 200 stay because i was paying cash . Next day front desk manager comes into my room without my consent ! Demanding another 120 right then and there or I had to leave the premises. Kicked me out refused to give me refund or receipt .

Stay was worth $60 at...

Liked: The cleanliness was descent. I found the previous coffee filter still left in the machine before I used it. I get it though, those are easy to overlook places. I appreciated the complimentary shower items but my bathroom was completely out of body wash. Good thing, I brought my own stuff.
Disliked: I purposely paid for a place with a functioning Jacuzzi..... I was informed it didn't work. I feel like I got ROBBED of my money. This place allows tenants to fight and yell at 6AM!!! The halls echo, I am positive I wasn't the only one that heard the fight. It wasn't until my mom called the front desk did that couple stop. Also, they have random people just hanging in the stairwell blasting music. My room was in front of the stairwell. Breakfast was so so. Coffee was watered down and I could tell the pastries were stale.

Liked: Nothing it's a Fema place the clerk is slow as hell don't know what he is doing been here 30 minutes waiting people not waiting in line like they should. Booking.cim should let people know this stuff.
