Liked: Loved the spa in the room!
Disliked: The room smelled of dog! Then at 2:30 there was running and jumping laughing that woke us up. The pool was not in service!

A good, solid hotel at...

Liked: The room was very clean, neat, and up to date. The evening desk staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was much better than the expected "continental" with hot items, a good variety, and a neat & cozy breakfast room. The off-season rate of about $100 can't be beat.
Disliked: The bathroom needed some TLC. The sink faucet wobbled about, as if not connected to the surface at all. Neither the sink nor tub/shower was able to be plugged. The oddest thing was that the bottom King sheet kept coming loose from a corner all night!

Superb

Great value and space.

Liked: Susan at the front was great! She was so nice and helpful. The space was great, very roomy, and loved the amenities. It was nice that they had a Keurig for use.
Disliked: The coffee and breakfast was just ok.

Liked: Can’t remember her name, but the front desk lately was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing

A good place to stay

Liked: The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room was warm, and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was some hair on the bathroom floor and the window had some condensation and looked like a tiny bit of mold. Also, the pool and hot tub were under maintenance so we couldn't use them, however, the hotel staff was very nice and let us know that we could go to a nearby facility and use their facility. The experience was still a good one! We were appreciative for the hospitality shown.

Way to expensive for what...

Liked: The location was fine. It was close to everything.
Disliked: The pool and spa was broken/down. The room was okay, but the walls and head board were dirty. There was a sticky syrup stain in the walkway in the room. Breakfast was very minimal, even compared to other continental breakfasts at other hotels. The amount we paid for the room was out of line considering what the hotel provided for guests. It was not as advertised.
