Disappointing

Liked: The location
Disliked: 1/4 rolls of toilet paper the bathroom was always cold no heat available in it no upper lock on door making feel unsecure and the complimentary shampoo was by the sink and lotion by the shower with the conditioner

Disliked: Got charged for a night that we didn't get to spend the night. Said Pets welcome but when We got there we couldn't have My Cat. Should NOT have gotten charged since we couldn't stay.

Convenient to the airport, but...

Liked: Breakfast was decent, but not great. Mattress was good,
Disliked: Room noise unacceptable. Needs more insulation in walls and floor overhead.

Room served our purpose and...

Liked: Clean and comfortable. They were able to accommodate an early check in but room switched from a king to a queen which didn’t work so well
Disliked: Property was fine
