Convenient location, clean, no frills...

Liked: Good location, parking right in front of the room, clean, well-priced.
Disliked: TV is minuscule and cable is limited, bathroom is very small, pillows are too small, bed not very comfortable.

Liked: Everything I thought I was going to get was not included in the package that I paid for very unsatisfied
Disliked: It didn't have a weight room it didn't have a pool it didn't have the breakfast it said you would be able to get I had to put another deposit on before they would even give me my key the rooms were nothing like posted it it was horrible and I got charged double and they still haven't refunded my money the room was dirty spent all that money and was not satisfied I want a refund

Disliked: I had a service dog with me but the demeanor and tone of “no dogs allowed, no exceptions” made me feel quite uneasy.And no flexibility on later checkout - the manager should be mindful of different types of travelers - some are ski racers and need to check out at a later hour.
