Liked: Rooms were fair.
Disliked: Spend some money on the pool area. Lots of opportunities for improvement.

Liked: Location,the girls running the front desk beside being beautiful they where respectful and professional, like the place, think I forgot my driver license in that hotel front desk.
Disliked: No really.

Liked: The location is great, right off the highway and has so many fast food options and gas stations close by
Disliked: No towels in room, staff was not great had to call to get someone to come check us in, pull out couch mattress had blood stain on it and had to ask front desk for linens for it and they didnt want to give us them. Entire hotel has a musty smell to it.

Liked: We had No positive experience
Disliked: Front desk lacked customer service skills, rooms were extremely dirty and had several sightings of bugs throughout building. Safety concerns as doors were propped open for visitors of hotel guests to come in through the back and into 2nd floor without key

Liked: Convenience of location.
Disliked: Chairs were broken. No hangers. Sink was outside of bathroom. Breakfast advertised was not available.

Disliked: There was stains on the bed lining. The door was broken.

Liked: It was the ONLY branded hotel between Raleigh and Wilmington NC on I-40 that was right at the interstate off/on ramp.
Disliked: Left around 6:55 am; no front desk staff on duty and Zero coffee or breakfast preparations going on. When one pays $--for a hotel room there is an expectation of a $7 breakfast~. Just saying~

Disliked: The hotel had a terrible odor. The entire hotel was dingy and worn down. I wish I would have read the reviews before paying for this hotel. There were several bugs in my room, including roaches in the refrigerator. I will never return to this hotel again.

Disliked: Lobby and breakfast area were not clean. No breakfast served. Hole in wall in bathroom. Broken chain on room door. Cigarette burns in bedspread. Sticky floors in reception area. Very poor impression overall. Don't stay there unless you have to.
