Very comfortable stay
Liked: Pool and rec area, nice breakfast

Liked: Location was good for where we were going and we found some great food right next door.
Disliked: Room was very hot and thermostat was not able to be changed. Had to go to the desk and ask for a fan.During check in, we were told that the breakfast was from 7am-10am. We got there at 9:02am and the doors were locked. The lady came out and said the new breakfast hours were 6am to 9am and she didn't know why her manager told us otherwise. So we had to go out to get breakfast. Money we hadn't planned on spending.

Won’t stay again but staff...
Liked: We were early to check in but exhausted from travel so we paid an additional early check in fee. First room was so noisy because we were under the vent , staff kindly moved us to a new room , second room the air didn’t work so I went downstairs and staff gave me a fan, that fan was broken so I went back and they gave me another one . The room was dreary because we didn’t realize there were no windows in either room. Breakfast was ok , location to MSU was good staff was friendly but we won’t be staying here again.

Liked: Chris (front desk) and Patricia (breakfast room) were very gracious. I had numerous questions since I hadn't stayed in a motel since before 2019. I also observed how attentive they were to various guests and their personal needs. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could do work in the courtyard after leaving my room at checkout, as the weather was not good and I had a 2-hour wait for a scheduled appointment in the Lansing area.Of great importance to me was the way Chris handled an unpleasant guest - he was calm and positive in the face of unwarranted accusations and demands. Chris deserves a bonus, if that is possible and a practice in your chain.

Disliked: Noisy! Could hear the tv from the next room through the Vent in bathroom all night
