AWESOME!!!

Liked: EVERYTHING !!!Wendy and I are STAUNCH CUSTOMERS of THIS LOCATION !!!PEDRO, the DIRECTOR~MANAGER keeps THIS QUALITY INN in TIP TOP SHAPE!PEDRO bends OVER BACKWARDS to MAKE SURE YOU are HAPPY and SATISFIED.The BREAKFAST is PHENOMENAL,I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH QUALITY INN UNIVERSITY PLACE !!!THANK YOU SO MUCH PEDRO and STAFF !
Disliked: The COMPUTER is GONE in the LOBBY because of a ROTTEN APPLE that ABUSED the GOOD NATURE of the INN KEEPER

Liked: Room Floor Not clean and even repeating request. So fed-up with this situation
Disliked: There was no likes, only bad likes

Disliked: Cleanses and don't have complementary drinking water in the room. We need to ask every day.

Awakened two consecutive early mornings...

Liked: Convenient location for event my friend and I were attending.
Disliked: The room phone was not functional. I could not call the front desk to report noise disturbance on both of the nights my friend and I stayed. Friday (Saturday)at 2:30 a.m. loud, profane screaming and arguing that I could hear through the air vents that went on over a half hour before I got dressed to go report it to the front desk staff. Sunday at 12:30 a.m. a person down the hall profanely screaming to be let into their room by whoever was in the room and wouldn’t let them inAgain, at least a full half hour of this profane language screaming. ( not the same group from the night before) and again, no functional phone to call so again, I had to get dressed to go back down to front desk to report a disturbance AGAIN! On both nights, the night manager said he’d take care of it which he eventually did. It was very difficult to get back to normal sleep having been awakened two consecutive early mornings by rude, unruly hotel “guests”. I thought about checking out after the first night but regrettably did not. I feel that I should be financially compensated for at least one night of my stay. I am in the process of composing a letter to send to the Quality Inn University in Lansing as well as their corporate headquarters. Although the room was reasonably clean and comfortable, I do not feel I was valued as a customer. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The fridge was a nice size for a hotel room. The room was a nice size.
Disliked: I could tell that they tried to remodel, but it looked beaten up already. The mirror frame was messed up, the vinyl flooring & tiling/didn't look as though it was professionally installed. The tiles on the shower wall had dirt spots.

Disliked: I know you can’t help who your guest are but 2 women began brawling in the common areas resulting in an immediate shut down of the pool which is the only reason my family came.
