Liked: The staff were great. Easy check in and everything was smooth.
Disliked: I don't know what was going on but the neighboring rooms were loud. Someone banged on the other side of my wall my headboard twice I could hear a couple in a dispute. There was no power to the AC/heat unit I couldn't heat my room. The power went out and my alarm didn't go off. I couldn't shower because there was no lights. I was visiting my daughter and had to show up unshaven and not shower. I feel I should be recompensated or discounted. I am not a complainer but this inconvenience really affected my visit with my daughter. This was a fluke I am sure, but I was pretty bummed.

Liked: Breakfast and staff are great.
Disliked: The elevator is working but any moment it might not work. The front door was so heavy. Floor was dirty. Not enough electrical outlets to use not even the desk have outlet to charge your laptop. Speaking of laptop you can’t even use it because the WIFI is terrible.
