Never staying here again

Liked: Was given a smoking room that smelled like marijuana and cigarettes and when I went back to switch rooms they charged me another $50 for it! Another customer was at the desk complaining of a smell and water leak in their room and the guy behind the counter was very rude to the man.

Disliked: Dirty bathroom, dirty sheets with hairs and guy at the reception very rude, was more focused in his video call girl then being polite

Liked: Rude reception.didnt return left messages.wanted additional $50 dollars, didn’t want to show us the room first. He frightened me so I left without even sleeping in the room. A terrible scary experience. Worse experience in a hotel ever. I will never use Booking Dot com .
Disliked: Train staff to be cordial and to return messages and not hang up on calls.

Liked: It is not a hotel first of all, it’s motel.staff was unprofessional and room was unhiegenic

Will not book this place...

Disliked: Nothing good about the property. The motel was so unhygienic and the rooms were a mess. They changed to a second room and mentioned they will not change it even if it is not well and if there were any concerns I have to contact the manager the next day.Early morning between 3 to 4.30 AM some stranger randomly came to the motel room and knocked. I called the reception 3-4 times but no one answered. Very unsafe to stay with family here.

Disliked: Corridor environment dirty and too many residence smoking

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, fridge and microwave in the unit and very bright lights on the parking and hallways
Disliked: Microwave pretty old and noisy fridge making noise too

Disappointing

Liked: A hostile manager and an unstable WIFI
