Liked: Great location. staff wonderful. woke up early, forgot time change. staff made as coffee and gave us Muffin, before Breakfast was served.

Liked: The front desk receptionist who received us at check-in was nice. That was the only positive in the short time we spent on the property.
Disliked: Our room was infested with cockroaches and we were not provided with the proper compensation for which we were owed. Management has been completely silent regarding our situation, and though we did not stay even a single night on the property due to the unsafe conditions, we still have yet to be given the customer service and refund that is deserving of our experience.
