Liked: The comfortable beds and pillows were my favorite
Disliked: I difnt like that Booking .com didn't change my date with the hotel after sending me the conformation that it was successful and when I got there they had me down for the wrong day and I was charged for an extra day! I would like to be reimbursed please

I had a great stay!

Liked: I loved the staff, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. You could tell they cared about the property and wanted to make it the best place they could.
Disliked: The juice at breakfast tasted fermented.

Liked: The beds were fine. The place was not very clean. The soap in the shower was a used soap. The towel rack fell off the wall so I put the towels and it back up and it was broken. Breakfast had nothing special for me.
Disliked: Cleanliness was lacking.

Liked: Bed was superb as were towels. Coffee was good.
Disliked: Both electric sockets on either side of bed had one plug not working. It was either have a light on or charge your phone, not both. Walls had nicks in several locations, needs a paint job. Breakfast area was not tended to- when we entered area, within allocated hours, there were no eggs left plus someone had left a cooked waffle in the waffle maker all dried out and cold. I advised the front desk and the gentleman cleaned the waffle maker but still no eggs. An attendant never showed up. There were two English muffins left that we reduced to zero.
