Disliked: This location did not exit it was one in that city but this one wasn’t and when i went to the one that did exist i did not have a reservation

Disliked: Didn't get the room i book very dusty not clean well

Disliked: Bed was not comfortable, room was VERY DIRTY!!! When we got to the room it was Extremely Cold!

Disliked: The staff gave our rooms away. Put us in smoking and lies about my reservation.

Disliked: The run down of the place. No full breakfast like egg and sausages like usual. Just cereal, oatmeal, and muffins. Also, roaches. Power went out one room had to get another. Customer service was outstanding, just the place is now run tf down. Stop at Forrest City instead. Will not be back.

Internet pictures are deceiving, not...

Disliked: The room we reserved with two queen bed was dirty, crumbs in chair, toilet brown ring, non smoking but smelled heavy smoke. Receptionist gave us another room but only a double bed, my wife is big and I got pushed off the bed.

Disliked: Run down and outdated looking room...hot water in shower was spotty. Dirty disgusting looking outside swimming pool . No extra pillows , blankets or towels.
