Disliked: Door to the bathroom was damaged. Pool was not in working order.

Disliked: Breakfast. The first morning we arrived at breakfast about 20 minutes before they stop serving. There were no more biscuits for the gravy and biscuits. They never brought anymore out but just started cleaning everything up about 10 minutes early.

Disliked: The hotel needed repairs and updating. We were slightly disappointed in the inside appearance.

Disliked: Couldnt find 2 room reservation even with confirmation code, no soap, coffee filter insert didnt fit (staff: we were supposed to trim them but we didnt), no bread at breakfast (staff: oh we must be out

Liked: It was close to our relatives' cottage on Shawano Lake. The small staff that was there was kind, hardworking, and apologetic for the physical flaws in the hotel. Exterior was nice looking. Saw a sign about contractors; so maybe it's being remodeled.
Disliked: Roof was leaking in the lobby from rain. Our room was still being cleaned when we checked in at 10:30 pm. Pool and ice machine were out of service. Breakfast done @ 9:00 on Sunday morning, a lot earlier than most hotels. Areas of hotel looked worn out.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Building exterior shabby & in disrepair. Common areas need work - baseboards dirty & scuffed; entry doors dont close; door hinges need oiling; carpets old & threadbare in places. Our room door did not close without using force; toilet seat broken.
