Very clean, mostly comfortable, friendly...

Liked: Very clean, spacious rooms with a decent kitchenette and a lovely bathroom. Chairs and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: You have to make up your own sofa bed in the suites, which is really frustrating if you arrive at 9pm – especially if the linens aren't even in the room. It also isn't explained anywhere how to open up the sofa bed, and it shouldn't always be assumed that the guests know how it works. The sofa bed is also not the most comfortable, and almost entirely blocks the way to the rest of the sitting area when open. Housekeeping only every three days is fine, but they only give enough coffee for two people for one day (we were three people staying for two days), and don't restock unless you specifically ask.

Liked: Very new building. Clean facility
Disliked: Our heating unit made a horrible loud noise and had to be turned off. Rooms lacked artwork or decoration and sound bounced around. Sort of odd for a new facility

Disliked: Need the card to take elevator, inconvenient when hands are full, and also the door of the elevator closes way to fast, dangerous to lose a child and with the scanning of the card, the elevator as time to be reset to another floor

Newer modern property. Good breakfast...

Liked: Great for an overnight stay on our way back to Montreal after visiting Gaspe. Clean and newer property. Loved the flooring , no carpet! Breakfast was good. AC was not turned on when we got to our room and had to get help from the front desk and this was easily resolved. Bathroom was huge while the room was small in size.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff was very friendly and amicable. Check-in was quick and easy, and Livine made us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot, they're was plenty of options for everyone, and the 3 young ladies in charge were lovely.
Disliked: The pool area had a horribly strong chlorine smell, and the floor was slippery and dangerous. There were some anti-slip mats that were helpful but not enough of those around the jacuzzi. The jets in the jacuzzi didn't work well, and the sauna was way too hot. We couldn't use it. Finally, there was no table lamp on any nightstand in the room. We managed without them, but it would be good to have one.
