Disliked: Wish eating establishments were closer.

Horrible, horrible and terrible the...

Liked: Nothing. We will not be returning again.
Disliked: The room was dirty, there were open spots where the refrigerator was supposed to be an open spot where a drawer was supposed to be. The refrigerator had a missing leg so the refrigerator was wobble and unstable. There were dirty towels, the mattress cover was ripped on one bed and the other bed the mattress cover had a blood stain on the cover. They did not clean our room and their system was not able to make two payments. They put a hold on my account for the first night, but could not take the payment off and just pay for the second night. We had to use another credit card to pay for the second night. If I could have given the hotel a 0, I would have. We should have gotten a credit for the entire stay and the price was outrageous. The price for the two nights was increased to an unreasonable amount due to the Steelers game and the only reason we decided to go to this hotel was that it was the only one close enough to my son's parents weekend.

Disliked: smokers & people drinking alcohol right at entrance at 6:30 am. no forks for breakfast. this hotel is currently in renovation mode which was mostly fine. our tv was cracked. I called room service asap when we checked in so that they were aware and I wasn't charged for it.

Liked: Newly remodeled, everything was in great condition. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff were very responsive and helpful. It was very convenient to restaurants and the freeway.
Disliked: New back lighting makes the room a little dark. No bedside lights.
