Liked: Very clean. The staff was mostly friendly.
Disliked: Our bathroom toilet did not work. We had to go to the other end of the building to use a public restroom. We were afraid to use the shower for fear it would also not drain, or the water would come up through the toilet. When I told the front desk of this plumbing problem, the girl was very young and untrained and didn't even seem to care.. We certainly did not get any satisfaction from reporting the problem.

Liked: Modern, clean room & friendly staff. Great location.
Disliked: The room lighting absolutely sucked, starting with no entrance light. Weird, low light vanity mirror lighting made it impossible to see well enough to apply makeup even after clicking through all the light settings. Air conditioner is LOUD. Big sign on the outside says that the place is new (-ly remodeled?) but there are maintenance issues you wouldn't expect to find in a new/remodeled building: Ground floor door on west side of building would not open from the inside--latch was loose & floppy (could I be the only one that sees this as a problem during a fire?), 2 of 4 screws on bathroom light switch cover are missing and and one switch did nothing (fan???), wall trim separating in bathroom, screw-in tub drain plug removed & just sitting in tub. Beds are HARD--hubby woke with backache.

Disliked: In room Coffee maker was broken. A/C unit was very loud.
