Liked: The location right off the interstate was very convenient.
Disliked: When I went to the breakfast room at 7:00 am for coffee, my key cards no longer worked. The staff rekeyed them, but I still found it annoying.

Disliked: The staff person who checked me on was very slow. The next morning when I went to the breakfast room to get coffee before 7 am me key card no longer worked. It took 2 tries for the staff to get me a working key card

Liked: Very clean. The staff was mostly friendly.
Disliked: Our bathroom toilet did not work. We had to go to the other end of the building to use a public restroom. We were afraid to use the shower for fear it would also not drain, or the water would come up through the toilet. When I told the front desk of this plumbing problem, the girl was very young and untrained and didn't even seem to care.. We certainly did not get any satisfaction from reporting the problem.
