Liked: The location
Disliked: I didn't get to stay. We booked a room, drive about 45 mins to stay and then was informed that the hotel was full

Not worth it.

Liked: Run down
Disliked: Musty smelling. Homeless people sleeping in lobby on couches.

Liked: Looks, price
Disliked: Terrible breakfast. No coffee, brown OJ, keys stopped working after a couple of uses

A mix of all things....

Liked: Well, hadn't realized that there was a giant hot tub in the middle of the room... so that was both humorous and a neat surprise... though a bit odd in its layout...
Disliked: The actual shower had basically ZERO water pressure... as in, only a fine mist came out... and the bed was very much a "hard" bed" so we didn't sleep super comfortably. Additionally, breakfast was to be included, as was notated in the booking.com and actual hotel website. So, it felt more than a tad disappointing to discover the two most essential machines: one for orange juice and one for the COFFEE... were out of order. Now THAT is the one thing (along with the water pressure) that needs to be addressed. We also left fairly early so there was no-one available to even raise the concern about the lack of coffee and juice availability. But the front desk lady was very nice and the room and hotel lobby were clean and that matters most.

German cockroaches

Disliked: Bugs, the smell, bugs and more bugs. German cockroaches

Bad

Disliked: They didn't change the bed linen or pillowcases, cigarette smell in the hallway, there was hair on both beds and a spider in the room. And the receptionist took a picture of my driver's license with her cell phone at check-in. is this correct?

It was fine except for...

Liked: Close to wedding venue
Disliked: The people on the floor above us had kids running back and forth late at night and early the next morning.

A descent stay for what...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked and smelled good.
Disliked: The hallways and stairways were dirty and the carpet was stained. The hallways also smelled like weed. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The yogurt was out of date and tasted awful. The orange juice was watered down. The only bright spot was the waffle.
