Not very good Will not...

Liked: The breakfast was 15-20 minutes late so i did not partake.
Disliked: No internet and i had to call 2 800 numbers to be told their was trouble with equipment and their tech had left for the day. At 4 pm?, checkin time for a motel? I dont think i should have had to call anybody, staff should have.Also there was very noisy garbage pick up outside my window at 5:45 AM.After the stay i was told that there is a discount for hospital stay, but nowhere was that info.garbage pickup outside my window at 5:45 am!And no elevator.

Disliked: Having to go upstairs despite being disabled which created a serious fall.hazard. then my mom went to go to the bathroom and found roaches.staff didn't show care or concern for either issue and just shrugged it/us off. Won't be coming here again

Disliked: My room was so cold. No extra blankets. Did get help to reboot the heater situation.

Disliked: Not the property but the receptionist on Sunday from 7 through the check out time. She was not helpful when I let her know that I was trying to do some work but the internet was not working. I waited for her call back as she said she will but no call. I then went down to let her know again at 8pm her response was not helpful and also not professional .

Terrible customer service

Disliked: I was billed for a canceled reservation. We were told they had no power or heat, gave us the option to cancel and now they are billing me a month later.
