Liked: Nothing! This hotel canceled my reservation1 day before I was supposed to check in and causing major inconvenience and running the trip that was planned
Disliked: The fact that this hotel took my reservation 3 months in advance knowing they could not accommodate my stay and the waited until 1 day before my arrival to cancel my reservation causing a major inconvenience and ruining the trip.

Disliked: The front desk clerk told me that my card would not be charged and it was also I was charged a pet fee that was not mentioned until I was walking my dog in and it’s the same price no matter how big or small the dog is

Disliked: The price was very high in my opinion for the area. Check in took a while. The front desk person had to send someone to the room to check to see if it was clean. They could not verify if it was so he had to go check the room. While we were resting in the afternoon, a hotel worker opened the door and would have walked in the room if the safety lock had not been on. She said "oh, I am sorry, I was just checking rooms". The process for "checking rooms" really needs to improve at this location.
