Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room itself was lacking in cleanliness. There was mold in the ice bucket, the tissue holder was covered in months of dust and bathroom grime, and my children found multiple pieces of old food laying around.

Disliked: Breakfast was a little weak, had to ask for them to restock. Found dead bug in bedding.

Our stay was pretty good.

Liked: The breakfast was really good. The location was really good. The bed was really comfortable. The people were nice and very helpful.
Disliked: Things could have worked better. They could have had softer toilet paper and Kleenex.

Very Disappointing Stay

Liked: Closeness to the airport.
Disliked: Everything was dirty. I had to dust counter tops and the bathroom. There were pillows that did not have the cases changed. The bed was very iffy. The floor had food in it from previous occupants. All the rooms around me and above me were occupied by kids who were loud until 23:00. I was not happy. I know the management could hear these people.
