The anniversary that almost wasn't

Liked: check in was smooth, someone was at the counter when we arrived
Disliked: The list is very LONG! I would't wast my time if you looking for a romantic spot. so let just say it wasn't what I expected. Our flights were delayed, we didnt arrive at the hotel until late. I called the booking.com folks in the morning and they seemed to be on top of things and quickly requested a full refund. I was going to leave it at that, but..... the icing on the cake was, The hotel only wanted to return some of the money in fact, we were forced to stay an extra day in a place we didn't like, because the manager charged us for two nights. Now ain't that a kick in the head? Pay two days for 12 hours.

Disliked: Well they found a cigarette in the window seal and accused me of smoking in the room and I tried to explain to the front desk I have never smoked in my entire life and I am 65 so I will never stay at Quality inn again until this is make right
