Terrible hotel

Disliked: Bathroom dirty, had cobwebs with little worms hanging from mirror and dead bugs in corners. Mirrors dirty, sink drained very slowly, someone's dirty wash cloth in tub. Furniture was very dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. No breakfast attendant, so there was only tang for juice as the juice machine was empty. Other things were also not stocked. I complained but was told that since I booked with you,there was nothing they could do. We didn't change rooms because as seniors ( my aunt was traveling with me). We were already set up and just too worn out to pack up and move. I had a cleaning business for 27 years and just cleaned it myself the best I could. The hotel is old and not kept up.

Clean and comfortable place.

Liked: The location was close to highway. It was clean. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. very comfortable beds. very quiet place. It was a pleasant stay.

Disliked: Horrible odor of nicotine in lobby, hall and room permeated throughout even though told no one smoking on site. Daughter could not stop coughing it was so bad so we checked out.
