Liked: Front desk clerk was very nice and explaining
Disliked: The pool area was down both times I've stayed but i didn't go there for that so it didn't matter to me.

Liked: Quality breakfast! Loved the easy access to my room.

Disliked: Pool was disgusting and run down. Nothing worked (slide, mushroom, hot tub). Paint peeling and pool room looked like a run down 80s cabin. Hotel room was disgusting. Floor was sticky and filthied. Beds were so broken in and sunk you to the middle.

Liked: Only good thing breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Beer cans and a mess in the pool area. Dirty, foggy water. Water feature didnt work. Window sill rotten and broken, couldnt close it. 90 degrees outside. air conditioner was SUPER loud and woke us up all night. Rooms and hallways smell

Liked: Clean, comfortable bed the check in was quick
Disliked: Great experience; will stay again!

Disliked: The new chain is doing doing enough maintenance, Best Western did a much better job. Bratty children running up and down hallways all hours of the day and night, disgustng. Poll area wasn't the cleanest. Would not stay again

Liked: The staff was great. Cheapest hotel available.
Disliked: My bathroom had toothpaste on the mirror...not a little, a LOT, and there was a crumpled but dry washrag by the tub. I used a glove to move it to the corner. Toilet overflowed, staff was there QUICK, but I had to stay in that room. Wore shoes after that.
