Disappointing

Liked: The price was decent.
Disliked: The fact that we booked 5 smoking rooms & only 3 were actually smoking. I feel like we should be compensated for this inconvenience.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The rooms are ridiculous. They need a serious upgrade. I chose a smoking room by accident, asked if there was a non-smoking room available & it wasn't. I don't smoke, so when my daughters & I walked into the room & it was funky, it smelled like an ashtray. My girls said this room stinks. Our clothes smelled like smoke & all. I was totally distraught. But, the rate was good!
