Disliked: The front desk person was not friendly what so ever. when i checked in she was either not happy with her job or not happy at all. Her greeting was more like eehhh why am i being bothered with someone on christmas eve. Long story short i checked in and within a minute i checked out without going into our room. That’s how bad she was and made me feel. Never again will i ever consider staying there again . I wouldn’t even dare to put up a homeless person there for a night if they made someone feel like that to change their mind within seconds of checking in.

Disliked: Toilets broke in both rooms we got in. Showers were disgusting. All around a nasty hotel.

Liked: The room was great and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The office chair wouldn’t get taller and I had some troubles getting in and out of it. However, when I mentioned it, they said they would change it out for one that did adjust.

Liked: The facility was clean, and the staff were nice, friendly, and worked hard to accommodate.
Disliked: I was uncomfortable by the constant smell of marijuana and smoke. Other guests were smoking both regular cigarettes and Marijuana right outside the building where others needed to enter and exit the facility. The smell was potent in the lobby and elevator ride. I was in town to attend a formal event and went downstairs to await my ride. I had to choose standing in the rain on the outskirts of the parking lot because I didn't want to attend my event smelling of Marijuana and smoke.
