Poor

Liked: The staff was friendly and was helpful so I thought. We had booked two nights and had an emergency and had to cancel one night and we gave a days' notice and was told they would credit our account. Our account actually showed the credit for a few hours but then went away? So, I was a little confused on that one.
Disliked: The hotel is in a sketchy part of town, I would not recommend staying with your family, if it's just you maybe. We will not be back.

Liked: I like how it was secluded area away from the road not a lot of traffic very quiet. And the TV had all of the movie channels like HBO and stars which was really nice.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room that was a big issue for me because I had no internet access unless I used my own data. I feel like I paid for Wi-Fi that I wasn't getting. No one came to the room after our two night stay to see if we needed towels or the trash taken out or fresh sheets. When I booked the room I was charged $119. I figured they would be some taxes included in it but when I looked at my bank account it said I was charged $205 for the room. I knew there would be some taxes but I didn't think it would be almost $80 extra so I won't be booking there ever again. Just really disappointing

Disliked: Price was high for the room. Seen a cockroach in bathroom.
