Liked: Friendly staff lobby and hallways clean.
Disliked: The room was disgusting; stained carpet, rust dripping from the bathroom light, walls dirty, the hairdryer had the guts hanging out of it (good thing they had it unplugged) Need to upgrade the rooms…

Unpleasant.

Disliked: The carpets were trashed with stains, the key cards didn't work, stains on the couch, no mattress in the pullout couch, stains all over the walls, stains on towels and shower curtain, fans not working in both rooms we stayed in because they had to move us rooms since our first was so disgusting.

Liked: The staff tried their best to resolve bad information I received from Booking.com concerning a special request for a recliner. No recliner was provided. The manager credited my each night stay $20.
Disliked: According to the message I received from Booking.com, my request for a recliner was approved by the property at no additional charge. The property denies ever having been contacted about this. I didn’t like bad information from Booking.com.

Disliked: I didn’t like that I was not informed the pool was not working that there wasn’t a heartbreak that I could not pay cash for my stay, the hotel was beginning renovations as opposed to finished renovations and I was not able to stay on the ground floor, but they’re also wasn’t an elevator for the other floors.
