The staff were great only...

Liked: The front staff were amazing they needed to be told how great they are
Disliked: Vent not working in bathroom just decoration no means to turn it on Bathroom floor corners were dark and dirty No toilet paper roll Curtain sheer had a cigarette hole in it Carpet stained dirty

If they upgraded the rooms...

Liked: Friendly staff lobby and hallways clean.
Disliked: The room was disgusting; stained carpet, rust dripping from the bathroom light, walls dirty, the hairdryer had the guts hanging out of it (good thing they had it unplugged) Need to upgrade the rooms…

Unpleasant.

Disliked: The carpets were trashed with stains, the key cards didn't work, stains on the couch, no mattress in the pullout couch, stains all over the walls, stains on towels and shower curtain, fans not working in both rooms we stayed in because they had to move us rooms since our first was so disgusting.
