Very clean and my stay...

Liked: Pet fee to much and they double charged me for pet fees and I never got my 2 room deposits back
Disliked: Very rude and unfriendly staff

Disliked: The tables could be cleaned between guests.

Liked: The family friendly environment and them accommodating our service dog.
Disliked: The staff was not the best, the pool was very too cold to both adults along with children who were trying to swim.

Disliked: No elevator to 2nd floor

Disliked: The staff was horrible. Very rude. The room was very dirty. We found a cockroach in our room and they would not move us to a different room or refund us. The sheets were dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom tub. The toilet had poop on the back of it. There were people hanging out all on the side of the building asking us to let them in. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I would never recommend staying there. Out of 3 years traveling for work this was by far the worst we have ever came across.
