Liked: I had a handicapped room and am recovering from knee replacement surgery. The room was condusive to my needs
Disliked: The refrigerator appeared to be leaking water on the floor

Liked: The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Noisy, people fighting and swearing all night. Rooms smelled like onions.

Extremely upset that I booked...

Liked: Breakfast was ok neighborhood was ok
Disliked: I booked comfort inn rooms. I would have never selected a quality inn. The both rooms smelled musty. One room had mold in the bathroom. We all had allergy issues due to the dirty filter in the heater. Hallway smelled like weed. I have a email confirmation of airport pick up. When I called I was told they didn’t offer that. Well that’s because booking.com switched where I was staying.

Liked: Nice enough room, bus for the packers game outside if you need it but easy uber distance to everything.
Disliked: Expensive but not unexpected on a game weekend

Exceptional

Liked: Clean room upon arrival, very nice staff, very quiet with how the other people were spaced out.
Disliked: The windows could be very easily opened from the outside, but I had a little device so it couldn't be opened while I stayed. Other than that everything was great :)

Disliked: Staff was rude. Pee stains on carpet, stains on bedding, blood stains on sheets. Yellow pillows.
