Liked: The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. The room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Disliked: We stayed in a king suite, the mattress was extremely firm and the pillows did seem a bit small. I wish they had more options for breakfast.

Liked: Room Service is efficient and consistent, ensuring my room was well-maintained daily.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the shower had visible mold, which was quite off-putting.Some outlets were loose and caused minor shocks when used, which is a serious safety concern.There was a strong and unpleasant odor in the hallway and lobby area, detracting from the overall ambiance.

Liked: We spent one night on a road trip to visit some colleges in western NYS, and the hotel suited our needs perfectly. The common areas and the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the free breakfast was decent and the folks working there were super nice.
