Liked: The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there is complimentary coffee available 24/7
Disliked: The card keys to my room never worked properly. I always had to make numerous attempts to get the card to work, and would often have to go all the way to the front desk to get a new one made. Not convenient! They kept telling me that I needed keep the card away from other cards in my wallet or anything magnetic. I did keep the card separate in my shirt pocket so that obviously was not the issue......something is wrong with their system.

Very Comfortable stay

Liked: The room was massive & very clean & the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly & professional. It was great value & great location.
Disliked: Down side was the halways/ stairways getting to the rooms was very musty old & stale smelling like old cigaret smel .was very worried walking towards our room that the room would smell too ..Thankfully it didn't & we had a great relaxing stay .. I guess its needs updateing ./ redecorating.. ?
