Liked: There was plenty of parking, I could park right next to our room. It was very quiet, and the location was very good.
Disliked: The ease of access could be improved. It was hard getting to the hotel because of traffic around the restaurant. There was also an incident with a homeless person during breakfast and the manager on duty.

Never again will I ever...
Liked: The guy at the front desk was very nice!
Disliked: The room had not been swept in God only knows how long. There were dead cockroaches every where! Blood spots were on the sheets meaning there was bedbugs. The comforters were dirty. I had to sleep in my clothes on and the lights on, it was so nasty.

We've stayed in 3 budget...
Liked: Breakfast was as expected and advertised, always fully stocked. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and helpful. For a budget hotel, it had everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean, decor was on the nicer side with good layout and nothing was broken. Good water pressure.
Disliked: The hotel has external-only access and it was raining when we arrived but what can you do? Although you couldn't hear the nearby street, you can hear your neighbors (especially ours that returned at 2 am screaming at each other). The kitchen seating accommodated most everyone, but the kitchen area was small and difficult to navigate during peak time (who doesn't love that waffle maker!?!).
