Liked: The gentleman that helped me out in the middle of the night with my TV, I believe his name was Jeff or Jay.
Disliked: Having to switch rooms at night due to the t. V, but the gentleman at the front desk was an amazing help.

Liked: There was plenty of parking, I could park right next to our room. It was very quiet, and the location was very good.
Disliked: The ease of access could be improved. It was hard getting to the hotel because of traffic around the restaurant. There was also an incident with a homeless person during breakfast and the manager on duty.

Disliked: The room had not been swept in God only knows how long. There were dead cockroaches every where! Blood spots were on the sheets meaning there was bedbugs. The comforters were dirty. I had to sleep in my clothes on and the lights on, it was so nasty.
