It was ok but I...

Liked: The pool
Disliked: The back door by my room did not lock. Anyone could wander in. Also the desk person woke me at 8:30AM just to sign an agreement.

Disappointing

Liked: Spacious
Disliked: Even though I paid extra for late check out we had house keeping walk in on us twice and had the front desk calling the phone complaining.

Nice, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Liked: The jacuzzi tub in our room was good and big enough for me and my partner.
Disliked: The view from our room. Could use more beautiful landscaping around the hotel.

Five * * * *...

Liked: Room and property very clean. Staff courteous, friendly, customer service was excellent.Breakfast was * * * * * Five stars. Variety of juices, fresh fruit, bagels, waffles, dry cereals, coffee/tea hot cocoa.The only negative was the POOL WAS NOT IN USE. Front desk stated heater was inoperative. I appreciate the cleanliness of room and property. I would recommend Quality Inn and will return soon.
Disliked: Pool was closed. FYI: I was told the pool was open when reservations were made.Also when I called the property front desk prior to arrival I was told pool was open ??
