Disappointing

Liked: Price was fair and the staff was great!
Disliked: Room was dirty. Crumbs and trash were found on the floor. The heater/air conditioner was very dusty and very dirty. Beds were worn out and way too soft.

Disliked: I asked for a printed receipt she said No booking . Com will email it. I've stayed there before always goa receipt when checkingOut . So still don't have one how do I get one?
