We arrived at the hotel and walked into the building. It was very clean and had a very nice atmosphere. What disappointed me was the fact that there was no pool. It states in the description of the hotel that there is a pool. We were there 7/14- 7/18-24. This was an extremely hot few days! When I checked in, I asked about the pool; the clerk informed me that the pool had been closed for at least 5 years! I think they need to update the website! The grab and go breakfast was a frozen sandwich. You had to ask for it. The coffee was horrible at the breakfast bar. Although the coffee provided in the room was very good!

Disliked: Stained carpet; inconsiderate loud people in nearby rooms; difficulty finding same entrance when leaving to find my car. Had to walk around the building.

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible- bottle of water,granola bar and jimmy dean sandwich. Dated building definitely not a conference center first day hallway smelled like weed second day like carpet fresh The driveway is not marked well and easy to miss.

Disliked: Attendant seemed uninterested. Had to wait while he watched his phone then pause what he was watching. I couldn’t get in a side door because the key didn’t work, he put it in some machine and said it would work now. It didn’t. Had to ask another guest at a different door to open it because I was carrying two guitars ( for the second time) went to the desk again after I couldn’t get in my room. He escorted me to the room and was able to open the door by quickly inserting and retracting the card which wasn’t explained to me in the beginning.Tv was outdated. Couldn’t use streaming.
