Liked: My friends live in Allenton, so this location worked out perfect. It's also very convenient to shops and restaurants. Pool and spa looked nice. Room was comfy but needed more pillows. There were 2 small pillows on a big king bed.
Disliked: The maintenance and up keep of the building. Carpet in hallways and the walls could use updating. The drain in the sink didn't drain well..

Disliked: The room we were in had bugs which I’m assuming it was a roach I have a picture. Was super upset that the spa was closed that should have been mentioned hence was the biggest reason we went to that hotel in the first place.

Disliked: Hot tub didn’t work. Dirty linen left behind chair in room. After settling in had to move to a different room. Bathroom was filthy. Not accommodating at all. Bed was uncomfortable

Never again. Choice Hotels should...

Disliked: This hotel was disgusting; smelled, dirty, there was no elevator and in the stairwells the ac wasn't working. Lights and doors were broken in rooms. The cabinets in the kitchen area had garbage running down them. The towels were very small and threadbare. The staff couldn't communicate well and we were told that because we booked through booking.com they couldn't do anything to help. I tried to let corporate from Choice know of these conditions but not much was done about it. I spent a lot of money for 2 rooms for 2 nights for terrible experience. Couldn't leave - family wedding in area.
