Disliked: They didn't plow the parking lot a lot of people got stuck in the parking lot we had to help push someone out. The whole hotel smelled like weed. I got the non smoking section but people where still smoking. The shower was nasty looked like they didn't even clean it the tub was broke with a big crack in the bottom of it. There was someones hair in the shower like they didn't even clean the place.

Liked: I loved that there was a park down the road along the river.
Disliked: Don't believe the pictures on certain rooms. Thought I booked a single queen room with the whirlpool. Called the property on December 19th to confirm. Spike to a lady at the Front Desk who informed me that only the King rooms have the whirlpool. She told me she changed it to that for me and there would not be an extra cost. When I got to the property and got the keys, I noticed nothing was changed and was given a double queen. Went down to talk with Front Desk and showed them that on the website for booking that this is what I requested and that I had spoken to someone, and they changed it to the room I requested. I was told that if I wanted to upgrade, I would be charged extra. I explained that I had called on December 19th and spoke with a lady, and she changed at and informed me it would be no extra cost. Proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay. Just paid the extra $122, I believe. I was also informed that locks were being changed, so I had to close the door a certain way and wasn't able to deadbolt my door. When I got to the room, it was clean. You can tell the walls have never been washed as there were spilled items or something on the walls. I used the whirlpool for maybe 5 minutes and got out as I turned on the jets and chunks of mold and hair came out. The fridge kept freezing my food no matter how much I turned the dial in the back. Overall, I was not satisfied.

Disliked: They should have turned the heat on before my arrival, the room was freezing!!

It was respectable, nothing special.

Liked: I found a Bob Evans close by and didn’t experience anything of their breakfast.
Disliked: Room was very cold at check in, but perhaps because I was a little earlier than their posted time. Toilet seat was so loose on toilet I felt a bit unsafe.
