Liked: Employees were pleasant. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Patchwork on the ceiling should at least be painted . Shower curtain pole was falling off . Couldn't turn off water at shower , eventually was able to turn off by hitting on it . I was on second floor , the window curtains , the sheer curtain ok but the dark out curtains weren't designed to close so the light was coming in from parking lot

Not as expected

Liked: The beds are comfortable
Disliked: The room was cold when we first arrived and then the heater didn't work had to switch rooms at 11:45pm. In the new room the heater was working but it was very stuffy in the room after a bit. The heater turned on like ever 30 or so minutes to keep up with the room temperature. This made it very uncomfortable for 1 it was loud and 2 it was very stuffy with so much air blowing out of it.ALSO the breakfast was not a breakfast. Cereal and Waffles and a few apples that's it. No eggs, no meat not even toast or bagles. One of the worst breakfasts ever. It was so cheap. I was not happy about that at all.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that they walked in my room without knocking it was a short Caucasian bold headed man open my door and I had no clothes on just got out the tub I didn't like that at all after I called the front desk they lied telling me that they wanted to see if the room was empty but knowing o was in the system I got my room online so it was a lie it made me feel uncomfortable and I move the chair in front of the door I was scared to go to sleep not knowing if they where gonna kidnap me or kill me I didn't like that at all I was nervous and scared to sleep so I stayed up watching the door and when I did go to sleep I woke up to everything I thought someone was coming back in my room I mean how call you just come in the room without knocking out saying anything it was very unprofessional and very very wrong

Disliked: There was roaches in my room and shower. It smelled badly upon entering and the check in agent was very impatient and rude.
