Liked: The location was nice and close to everything. The checkout time was great. The coffee was good and the in room appliances worked very well. The staff was nice and accommodating and I liked having multiple entrances that were closer to my room. The washing machine and dryer worked well and the cost was reasonable.
Disliked: There was a constant bad smell in the hallway and laundry room, the beds weren’t comfortable, the faucets in the bathroom were loose and the shower didn’t get hot enough. The breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausage and eggs weren’t very good and they were cold and there was nowhere in the dining room to reheat them.

Liked: The Front desk agent was receptive and accommodating! He was the best part of our stay.
Disliked: 1. Learn that house keeping only cleans after the 3rd stay day.2. The Hotel needs updating - ten years ago.3. Many items of the hotel, worked half-way.Blow dryer, iron, heater.4. Towels received from housekeeping in between service days, we're not clean!

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Checked into room with no heat. Was moved to upgraded room, heat would run for a minute or so and then shut off and stay off so that the room became uncomfortably cool. In order to get room heated, had to raise thermostat from 70 to 80 degrees, and then it was moderately warm.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was not clean. Comforter was stained. Bathroom looked like it was in need of repair. Dining facility was a little scary. All the drawers were padlocked. The breakfast was undesirable. It was not like this last year not sure what happened. But I would not be staying here next time.

I don’t recommend this hotel.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the mattress. I moved the nightstand to plug in the bedside lamp and found a white cross on the floor. It made me feel unclean.

Liked: Good liked the waffle machine. Loved the coffee and juice. Blueberry muffins and yogurt as well.
