Liked: The room was good decent sized, very clean, the bed, pillows, blankets were very comfy. Loved that the blankets were the thick fluffly kind. The shower pressure was spot on ! Staffs were amazing & kind !

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: Nice place away from busy streets. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was really nice but I didn't get a chance to use it. The breakfast was as expected for a free breakfast.
Disliked: There is no elevator so you should request a ground floor room if needed. There were no napkins at breakfast ... wierd.

Liked: Newly renovated, interior. Basically everything seems as if it is new but it still lacks that detail which makes it feel like it is a nice hotel. That’s the key, kept having to remember it is a Motel that’s taking advantage of the lack of space in other hotels and charging hotel prices. 278.37 FOR ONE NIGHT. I don’t like to sit and argue with the employees over prices etc etc. They are not the ones who are setting prices and making those decisions after all. When I booked the room, I specifically chose the room which had a “Couch” or “Sofa” in it. It was 26 dollars more than the other room without a sofa. I sent a message asking for clarification about this and received no response. I explained to the front desk that I had chosen the most expensive option of the room type in order to ensure there is a sofa. She had no clue what I meant by choosing the most expensive option. She only claimed that all the rooms had sofas. Which I found hard to believe and sure enough I was correct. A chair is not a sofa. I was also in a jam and rushed to check in. The place was literally empty. I figured that the motel would have no problem accommodating an early check in due to emergency. I was told that policy strictly prohibited this. However, 45 dollars would trump policy. I reluctantly agreed and the first thing I see when entering the room is a huge gaping hole in the wall where it seems someone slammed the door open so hard that the door handle punched a huge chunk out of the door. Oh well as long as they don’t try to blame us it’s really not a big deal. But then the room is small, no space to move around or anything else besides lay in there in bed. Then there were the stickers with QR codes everywhere asking for tips. And to top it all off the next morning at exactly 11 they were going crazy banging on the door telling us that check out time is here.
Disliked: Almost every aspect of the property, the service and amenities were all very disappointing, especially the fact that that you charge a incidentals security deposit for potential damage or smoking in the room which is standard but then without saying so in the beginning when taking the deposit you have the audacity to steal half of it simply because we were a little late to leave. Crooked practices.
