Liked: I asked for a non-smoking room it advertises as a smoke-free property and the rooms smelled of cigarettes heavily

Disliked: When we came to the hotel around 10:00 at night, NONE of the 4 lamps work! Only the bathroom lights. I called the front desk (while using my phone's flashlight) the women said that there was no maintenance. I told her that I wanted my money back and we were checking out. Sure enough a man should up. He tried all of the lights and they did not light. He left. He came back with new lightbulbs. That did not work. He said that it must be the breaker. The bathroom lights work So I KNOW it was not the breaker. I have pictures of the light switches hanging from the wall. They said that they would move us to a new room. VERY disappointed.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Good location.
Disliked: The room they gave me had bugs. Then they changed it to a better one when I asked them to.
