Disliked: The heat didn't work we ask them to check it out and they was rough and said it was working. We left and the room was still cold the guy was helpful he tried but the next room was the same way

Liked: Checkin process was simple
Disliked: The room was not clean. Toenail clippings and trash and debris was in every corner. There was hair in the bed when I inspected the sheets. Went to reception to ask for accommodations and was given a flat sheet. Purchased sheets from Walmart to make it through the night due to it being late. Upon getting ready to lead and go to another facility I realized I had been bitten up by what I’m assuming was bed bugs.
