Bad hotel just in a...

Liked: Just the location...
Disliked: Very bad. The Cleanliness was not good with some dirty wipes on the floor behind the chair, hair in the shower and in general there was no “sense of cleanliness”. The WIfi didn't work anymore for the entire stay.

Meh

Liked: It was right next to the highway, people were hanging out in the parking lot so definitely more near the city
Disliked: I enjoyed the property but had an issue with the receptionist. They had reluctantly without my knowledge given access to my room while I was off the property. Doesn’t seem like security is top priority here.

All's well that ends well.

Liked: The room was very nice and the hotel was close to a number of restaurants. The shuttle ride was only 12 minutes from the domestic airport so that was good.
Disliked: The problem was that our request for the 6 AM shuttle was not inputted into the system. This caused us stress when we found this out. However, the shuttle driver Andrew lived on the property and when he was contacted he rose to the occasion and came to our rescue. Thank you Andrew. And thank you for showing us where to catch the bus to go to the International Airport. In the end we made it with time to spare.

Memories of better times

Liked: The location was okay when you went in the hotel from the time you got close to the elevator it started smelling of just dinginess pretty bad and the pool looked cool the hot tub looked cool didn't really look that clean and inviting but it was decent and there was roaches in the room and the shower and the sink and stuff was a little bit too dirty nasty day be there I wore my socks cuz I didn't want my feet on the carpet didn't like that much about it the elevator sounded like it was going to kill you just saying so I went to a different place staying there now and it feels like I have entered the movie Wrong Turn
Disliked: Well I just explained what I didn't like and what I did like all in one paragraph there was a lot more that I didn't like than what I did location was about the only thing I liked the staff was good to me but they're paid to be I supposed the rooms were paid to be cleaned too but didn't look like it had been swept in a long time there was cereal and cookies and everything up under the edges that it was pretty gross

Horrible

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!
Disliked: The property itself needs a MAJOR renovation!! A man was given the same Access cards to one of our rooms and was already inside at the time of check in! How do you give the same key card if the “property was full to capacity”?!?! The pool was dingy looking like no one cleans it and the other guest staying at the property looked VERY comfortable as if they’re not guest but residents of the hotel! Very poor experience and won’t be returning ever again!
