Liked: The staff was great, the room needed some repairs and better cleaning. The blanket had a huge dark stain right in the middle of the bed, the carpet needed cleaning. The mattress was horrible to sleep on, the air conditioning was horrible it was so hot in the room despite the air being on and set to 55 degrees it would not cool off

Exceptional

Liked: Traveling from MN to ID to work on rental. Great price for really good rooms, nice pool, nice clean breakfast area and very nice front desk ladies. We needed to extend our stay by two days and it was super easy thanks to Annie

Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff but unwilling to make my situation better.would on rate this hotel 2.5
Disliked: We checked in to our room amd was booked in building B. Building B was filthy and not as much room as the main building. We were staying with close friends and their room was much nicer and cleaner in the main building. We both booked 2 queen beds, we both paid the same price but we got a much smaller room and was never even notifed that the rooms were different. Sadly disappointed. Huge difference in The main building versus building B. Also I have bad knees and no elevator in building B which made getting to and from our room a lot more difficult. Furthermore the coffee pot in the room was disgusting amd toilet seat was not on tight and food splattered above the light in the bathroom.

Liked: Stayed here multiple times. Clean, quiet, safe, and convenient. Pet friendly too, but no pet with me this time.

Liked: The staff were super nice me and my family love staying here this was our second time staying here while driving to see family and we will definitely be returning
