Disliked: Price bed was to hard key card took several times to work house keeping didn't clean my roomRoom floor was dirty blanket had stains room smelled like dog poopThere was so much crap behind the night stand it was gross

Liked: The hotel was a good price. Breakfast was good, staff friendly
Disliked: Hot tub was so hot no one could go In it, pool was too cold, like freezing cold. Elevator and whole second floor smelled of cigarettes and room did as well. The room that originally was booked the pull out couch was broken and the mattress was stained and disgusting. Fan in the bathroom rattled so bad. Staff did get us into another room and were very friendly about it. The quality of the rooms just were lacking. If it weren't for the friendly staff this stay would have been very disappointing.

Disliked: The negligence the company has by leaving pee stains and blood on the sheets and pillow cases as well as towels.. they also provide slippery shower mats that cause you to slip and fall injuring yourself.. horrible dirty place.. employees were rude as well

Disliked: The hot tub did not heat up. And the pool was way to cold for me. The Grandkids didn't mind. I really wanted to get in the pool with them. But couldnt

It was clean, with good...

Liked: Staff were happy to help and friendly. My mom is handicap and the lady up front noticed it and gave us a room close to the elevator. I didn't even have to ask. That made me feel welcomed.
Disliked: I didn't stay long enough to critique.
