Liked: The pillows were fantastic-I need these at home. The value was great. The location was great for our needs. The room was clean. The bed looked so nice & fresh. The staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: The king sized bed was spacious, but a little less firm than I like. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but for the price of the room, it was fine. A bagel would have been great and some other fruit besides apples.

Liked: Hotel was great. Jose front desk was so accommodating. My booking reservation didn't get sent to Quality Inn but they accommodated me anyways.

Liked: Location and staff person.
Disliked: The grounds and the room were dirty and unkept. Dirty wash rag hanging on my shower curtain. Disgusting phone. Bed covers were dirty (but nicely made up). Outlet covers were broken. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and roaches! Ice maker overflowing onto the floor continuously. Someone had clearly been smoking in the room. I reserved a suite with a balcony, and was told at check in that “none were available” even though I had already paid for it. Homeless people camped out near the cars. Paint damage everywhere. Part of my door lock had been knocked out. The smoking area and other patches of grass were saturated with dog urine.
