Florida vacation

Liked: The pool and garden area was wonderful! Location was great!
Disliked: Room,needed a bit upgrading, especially the bathroom

It was terrible because of...

Liked: We liked poolside convenience in cleanliness
Disliked: I feel that the lead cleaning staff accusing us of smoking in our room when we clearly did not smoke anywhere except in the designated area. They did not allow us to extend our stay because of this. And the staff were very rude.

Liked: Lovely pool area with lots of flowers and chairs. Breakfast room was large and nicely decorated. Room had view and access to pool
Disliked: Breakfast was basic.

Liked: The front staff were excellent and very approachable and helpful - see also comment below.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty basic.Right by the main road so if you have a room overlooking it you will hear traffic.Noise from room above in early hours but front desk sorted that when made aware.
