Around the area is not safe. Make sure you lock your cars before going in to the hotel.

Staff was great. Had a shuttle that took us to and from the Luke Bryan concert - that was great for us, since we did not know where we were going. Will defintely stay again.

Liked: The morning staff , the ladies on the desk were fantastic ! Went out of there way to be very helpful and friendly when we arrived earily off the cruise ship! The gentalman in the afternoon wasn't helpful couldn' t seem to be bothered to help when my phone was dying and stranded at the Brandon Mall ! Had called to see if he could try and find a taxi for us as we weren't having any luck getting one and it was raining out! Once we managed to finally get back 3hrs later he didn't even greet us!
Disliked: The area the place is in! If you don't have a car it cost alot to get around! Plus it's in a poor Neighborhood!
