Disappointing

Liked: didnt eat they charged for plastic utinsels
Disliked: put at they end of the hall and you coudnt come in from the outside. You had to walk all around to the main entrance. I had a service dog with me ans had to walk all the way to the front to get back in. The shower stall had no hand rails so it was dangerous to use. I wont stay there again

Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: The smell of smoke was still present. The property was a smoke free motel. The ventilation system probably was where the smell of smoke came from. It made your clothes, the sheets and anything else you had with that smell. The property in some areas have been updated but still needs to continue with updating with new beds, more modern furniture, take out the carpet and replace it with other flooring, better lighting, rooms where very dark and new paint would also help. And again replacing or cleaning the ventilation system a must.

Liked: No breakfast provided. However water was provided upon arrival and water snacks and fruit upon departure. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Older facility, but attempting to keep it up .

A hidden gem!

Liked: The exterior was cause for concern. They're working on improvements. But once I was inside, it was night and day. Well ordered, VERY clean and the staff is "top shelf". The man at the desk offered to bring in our luggage, twice. Now, we know exactly where to go when we're in town.
Disliked: The bathroom, though spotless, was small. A minor detail though considering the owners didn't design the place but they're doing an exceptional job.

Liked: Front desk lady was really nice.
Disliked: Manager was rude. Unfortunately the room wasn't clean properly, sheets weren't washed, they just remade the bed everyday. There was a dead cricket in the restroom since the first day we got there and they never picked it up after 4 nights. Restroom door was broken so it wouldn't close.

Liked: Everything was fine, always had parking and the facility have cameras, they are redoing the breakfast area so there isn’t breakfast currently as of 7/31/24
Disliked: I came here and chose this place for the price and breakfast but the breakfast is currently unavailable, still recommend this place over others.
