Liked: We appreciate Trista, I think that is her name. Was the gal who checked us in and worked double shift on Sunday. She really was really the only one who was friendly and smiled anytime we were around. She was good at her job and friendly.
Disliked: Our door was not sound proof, you could see through the edges of the door all the way around and the cracked openings were quite large. Also the window in the living area in that room would not lock and it was not able to be because the window was warped. It made the traffic noise much louder. Being on lower level it needed to be lockable.

Liked: Nice and comfortable, great location for skiing at Steamboat, parking lot for shuttle less than mile away. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
