Liked: Very nice place could use some updating, but the room was very nice. It was very clean and very quiet and the pool area could?ve been open a little bit later. But for the most part, very nice place to spend the evening and very clean and very quiet.

Liked: Location is close to where our son lives in Gilbert.
Disliked: Bathtub had mildew/mold, the tub had a large broken spot, breakfast stopped sometime before 9:30 a.m. on the Sunday morning we checked out, which is pretty early for a weekend.

Whirlpool suite from Hades.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Hot tub was good.
Disliked: Ceiling leaking on us from the room above. Reported it to front desk and nobody came to check on it. So we had wet towels all over the floor to soak up the water and chunks of plaster were falling out of the ceiling due to the leak. Paid 200 bucks for the room and we are very disappointed.

Liked: Id like some money back on my stay it was extremely hot hot fan from front seat we had to go retrieve it cooled down some morning was still hot told front clerk clean vent heater air conditioner it may help was not a delightful stay for price I paid ,
Disliked: Check in was easy thats about it and charged me a fee xtra on my account that hasnt been refunded I want a full refund
